In Alpharetta, pro shops inside clubs often serve non-members too, and are the fastest place to get a racquet restrung before a weekend match. Running stores across Georgia are worth a visit for shoe fitting, but check that the shoe is a court model with a durable outsole rather than a road runner. For construction, resurfacing or lighting quotes, contractors usually need a site visit and a few weeks' lead time in spring, their busiest season.

Tennis-warehouse is always my go-to, when it comes to tennis apparels and racquets. Their services provide a wide selection of high-quality items to meet my sporting needs. They are committed to offering excellent and a positive shopping experience. Over the years I'd been satisfied with their products and will continue patronizing them.

β1 Star β Avoid if you are on a timeline. I have been a loyal customer of Tennis Warehouse for many years and have always had great experiences when my orders shipped out of their original San Luis Obispo, CA location. However, they have recently expanded, and my order last Tuesday was routed to their new Alpharetta, GA hub. βThe experience was night and day. I dealt with days of delays and completely conflicting information on their shipment tracking. My order just sat there with a false shipment status published, and what made it worse was that there was absolutely no effort on their part to proactively communicate or remedy the poor execution or offer a solution. After waiting around with zero clarity or proactive communication, I finally had to just cancel the order entirely. It seems their multi-warehouse expansion has severely impacted their quality control and customer service. I took my business to a competitor who actually knows how to get an order out the door.

Currently unhappy with the service provided by Tennis Warehouse. There is no statement that having a racquet strung would add 3 days prior to shipping. They want to make it appear that all orders are shipped two days if over $50. A simple "if a racquet is being strung adds 3 days" was stated it would be great. Racquet was needed for a match and with the 2 day shipping would have arrived in enough time. If I knew 3 days would be added would not have had it strung by Tennis Warehouse and would have had my club string it same day. Poor service that could easily have been fine if they did not hide simple facts on delivery times.

I love this store. Itβs so awesome to have a retail store connected to such a large online retailer. Being able to order what I want online and pick it up same day near me is so nice. The people who work here are also so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about tennis and other racquet sports. I play padel, pickleball and recently got back into tennis and TW has everything I need for all the sports I play. Dalton and Carolina who work in the storefront are always so kind and knowledgeable and help make sure I am taken care of - this is my preferred location for tennis and racquet sport equipment.

Great experience with Tennis Warehouse. Their customer service is excellent very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever Iβve had a question or needed assistance with an order or like a reimbursement . Itβs clear they really care about their customers. Definitely one of the best online stores for tennis gear. Highly recommended.
